PROPERTY OF A LADY – We are pleased to present this particular collection of Stamp Boxes, the result of years of careful research and an equally careful selection.These 83 objects of English craftsmanship, from the Victorian to George VI, are splendid examples of design and rare evidence of the professionalism and precision of the goldsmiths of the time.These little jewels created to contain the stamps of current use and designed to satisfy the tastes of the time both by enhancing or embellishing desks combined with ink holders and pen holders, and personal travel items in one with pen holder and match holder, were indispensable objects for the upper middle class of the time.A wonderful collection, enchanting in some ways, which will surely find interest not only for the collector but also for the lover of beauty.

Viewing lots: by appointment at our headquarters in Via Aretina 18R, from May 15th to 17th, from 10 am to 6 pm CEST.
May 19th and 20th on request at 136th Veronafil, form 10 am and 5 pm
