Register

To register for an auction on bidinside.com, it is necessary to follow these steps:

  • Select the auction / auction house you desire on the bidinside.com website, on the auction house's website click on the "Register" option located at the top right.
  • Fill in all required fields and accept: terms and conditions of service related to Bid Inside, the Privacy Policy related to Bid Inside, the auction house's terms of sale. Afterwards, click on “Save".
  • Click on the link received via email to confirm your email address.
  • Authorization as a user may take some time as it is a process manually managed by the auction house.
  • Once approved, a confirmation email from the auction house will arrive informing you of your user authorization.

Note: It is recommended to register for the auction at least 24 hours before the start of the live to ensure there is enough time to resolve any issues and allow the auction house to verify and authorize each new user.

REGISTRATION AND LOGIN ON THE NETWORK

If you have previously registered with an auction house of the Bid Inside Network, it is not necessary to register again; it will be enough to log in using the credentials you already have.

Only for the auction houses bid-kit web app is it essential to proceed with a separate registration.

AUTOMATIC LOGIN ON BID INSIDE NETWORK

In the login form, there is this checkbox: “Remember login to Bid Inside Network on this device”.

If, during login, this box is checked, your user account will be automatically recognized on the websites of the auction houses you are already registered with, for a period of 30 days; hence, logging in again will not be necessary.

USER DASHBOARD ON BIDINSIDE.COM PORTAL

Once registered and approved by even just one auction house on the Bid Inside portal, the user will have access to a summary of:

  • registrations with the Network's auction houses
  • their interests
  • their bids on current and past catalogs

BIDS

Once registered and approved by the auction houses of interest, it will be possible to log in and make bids both in the pre-auction and during the live auction.
